The Company AND JOY reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms at any time; the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction is the one appearing online on the andjoybags.com website at the time of the order.
The customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years old, and to have the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the site. When registering personal data in the "my account" section, the customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data provided. In case of an error in the recipient's contact details, the Company AND JOY cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. The Company AND JOY reserves the right to cancel any order where the customer's IP address is located in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The Company AND JOY takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products to best inform the customer. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, in case of non-conformity of the delivered product with its description on the Site, the customer may either exercise their right of withdrawal, or implement the conformity guarantee of the Company AND JOY, which will, if applicable, either exchange or refund the price (in whole or in part) possibly charged.
Placing an order on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure established by the Company AND JOY, which involves a succession of different steps that the customer must follow to validate their order. Before definitively validating their order, the customer will have the opportunity to check its details and total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.
The Company AND JOY will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who violates the provisions herein.
In this case, the Company AND JOY will inform the Customer by email. If the customer fails to correct any erroneous elements or those contrary to these general terms and conditions of sale with the Company AND JOY, the Company AND JOY reserves the right not to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by the Company AND JOY. For this purpose, the customer formally accepts the use of email for the confirmation by the Company AND JOY of the content of their order. In any case, invoices are provided upon delivery.
1. Price Determination
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included for metropolitan France and the European Union, excluding shipping costs.
The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the cart.
For overseas departments, Switzerland, and all other countries outside the European Union, the displayed sales prices are considered tax-free and therefore cannot be subject to a VAT deduction. The customer acknowledges that they are considered the official importer and may, depending on the country or overseas department of delivery chosen at the time of order, have to pay customs duties and/or import taxes according to the legislation in force in said country or overseas department.
The Company AND JOY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to availability.

Products are payable in full on the day of the actual order or in 3 interest-free installments.

How it works:
Payment in 3 or 4 installments by credit card allows you to pay for your order placed on our merchant site as follows:
A mandatory down payment, debited on the day of confirmation of your order's shipment; two or three monthly installments, each corresponding to one-third or one-fourth of the order, debited 30 and 60 days later for 3 installments, and 30, 60, and 90 days later for 4 installments, which include fees corresponding to 0% of the total order amount for 3 installments and 0% for 4 installments.
For 3 interest-free payments: the financing cost is 0% of the total order amount.
Example for a purchase of €150, down payment of €50, then 2 monthly payments of €50. Credit duration of 2 months at a fixed APR of 0%.

For 4 interest-free payments: the financing cost is 0% of the total order amount.
Example for a purchase of €400, down payment of €100, followed by 3 monthly payments of €100. Credit duration of 3 months at a fixed APR of 0%.

4. The data recorded and stored by the Company AND JOY constitutes proof of the order and all past transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer's residential address or that of any other natural person of their choice.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes.
To ensure these deadlines are met, the customer must ensure they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as, but not limited to: street number, building number, stairwell, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).
The indicated times are indicative, corresponding to average processing and delivery times.
The Company AND JOY cannot be held responsible for consequences due to a delivery delay not caused by it.
In case of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer agrees to notify the carrier and the Company AND JOY by any means, all reservations within 3 days following receipt of the product.
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without cause, within fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order. This right is exercised by returning new products (never used, in their original packaging) at their own expense for accessories, in their original packaging) or free of charge for a bag (see our free return policy) after obtaining a return agreement number from AND JOY.
AND JOY will refund any sums already paid by the customer, minus any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in article 7 below.
Refunds for products in the cases referred to in articles II and VI will be made by the Company AND JOY within a maximum of 30 days after its receipt of said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order or by issuing a purchase voucher.
Any order automatically implies the customer's adherence to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction. In case of difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
The information collected by the Company AND JOY during a customer's order is necessary for transaction management and may, for this purpose, be communicated in whole or in part to the Company AND JOY's service providers involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization responsible for order analysis and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right to access, rectify, oppose, and delete data concerning them.
