AND JOY reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms and conditions at any time; the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being the one appearing online on the andjoybags.com website at the time of order.
The customer declares that they are a natural person, at least 18 years old and have legal capacity or are the holder of parental authorization allowing them to place an order on the site. When registering customer personal data in the "my account" section, the customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data they provide. In case of error in the spelling of the recipient's details, AND JOY company cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. The AND JOY Company reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is registered in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The AND JOY Company takes great care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy customer information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the website, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, if the product delivered is not in compliance with its description on the Website, the customer may either exercise their right of withdrawal or enforce AND JOY's conformity guarantee, which will proceed, if necessary, either to exchange or refund the price (in whole or in part) possibly charged.
Placing an order on the website is subject to compliance with the procedure implemented by AND JOY, which consists of a series of different steps that the customer must follow to validate their order. The customer will have the opportunity, before finally validating their order, to check the details and total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming it to express their acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the terms and conditions herein.
The AND JOY Company will refuse any order from a customer with whom there would be a dispute or incident related to the payment of a previous order or who would violate the provisions hereof.
In this case, AND JOY will inform the Customer by email. If the customer fails to correct erroneous elements or those contrary to these general terms and conditions of sale with AND JOY, AND JOY reserves the right not to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by AND JOY. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation by AND JOY of their order content. In any case, invoices are provided upon delivery.
1. Price Determination
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included for mainland France and the European Union, excluding shipping costs.
The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is shown in your cart.
For overseas departments, Switzerland, and all other countries outside the European Union, the displayed selling prices are considered tax-free and therefore cannot be subject to VAT deduction. The customer acknowledges that they are considered the official importer and may, depending on the country or overseas department of delivery chosen at the time of order, be required to pay customs duties and/or import duties in accordance with the legislation in force in the said country or overseas department.
The AND JOY Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed on the basis of prices in effect at the time the order is recorded, subject to availability.

Products are payable in full on the day of the actual order or in 3 installments with no fees.

This offer is reserved for individuals (of legal age) residing in France and holding a Visa or MasterCard credit card with an expiration date greater than the duration of the chosen financing. Cards with systematic authorization, particularly Electron, Maestro, Nickel type cards, as well as e-cards, Indigo cards and American Express are not accepted.

You acknowledge the general terms and conditions of installment payment that you wish to subscribe to, which are provided to you in PDF format so you can read, print, and save them before accepting them. You then confirm your electronic acceptance by clicking the corresponding checkbox. You acknowledge that the "double click" associated with the checkbox confirming understanding of the general terms constitutes consent to contract and is an irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the general terms of the product. Absent proof to the contrary, the data recorded by Klarna constitutes proof of all transactions between you and Klarna. How it works:
Payment in 3 or 4 installments by credit card allows you to settle the order placed on our online store in the following way:
A mandatory down payment, debited on the day your order is confirmed for shipping; two or three monthly installments, each corresponding to one-third or one-quarter of the order, charged at 30 and 60 days later for the 3-payment plan and at 30, 60, and 90 days later for the 4-payment plan, which include fees corresponding to 0% of the total order amount for 3 installments and 0% for 4 installments.
For 3-installment payment with no fees: the financing cost is 0% of the total order amount.
Example for a €150 purchase, €50 down payment, then 2 monthly installments of €50. Credit for a duration of 2 months at a fixed APR of 0%.
Financing Cost: €0.
For 4-installment payment with no fees: the financing cost is 0% of the total order amount.
Example for a €400 purchase, €100 down payment, followed by 3 monthly installments of €100. Credit for a duration of 3 months at a fixed APR of 0%.

4. Data recorded and retained by AND JOY constitutes proof of the order and all transactions made. Data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, provided that this is the customer's residential address or any other person of their choice.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (such as: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The stated delivery times are indicative, corresponding to average processing and delivery times.
AND JOY Company cannot be held responsible for consequences resulting from a delivery delay beyond its control.
In case of damaged packages (already open, missing products, etc.), the customer agrees to notify the carrier and the AND JOY Company by any means, all reservations within 3 days following receipt of the product.
Individual customers have a right of withdrawal, which they may exercise without reason, within fourteen (14) clear days from delivery of the order, exercised by returning at their own expense for accessories, new products (never used, in their original packaging) or free of charge for a bag (see our free return policy) after obtaining a return authorization number from AND JOY company.
AND JOY company will refund the customer any amounts already paid, minus any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in Article 7 below.
Refunds for products under the scenarios referred to in articles II and VI will be made by the AND JOY Company within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order or by issuing a gift voucher.
Any order automatically binds the customer to AND JOY's general terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction. In case of difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
Information collected by AND JOY during a customer order is necessary for transaction management and may be communicated in whole or in part to AND JOY's service providers involved in order execution. The customer is informed that these same personal data may also be collected by an organization responsible for analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right to access, correct, object to, and delete data concerning them.
