The Company AND JOY reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time these terms and conditions, the version of the general terms and conditions of sale applicable to any transaction being that appearing online on the website andjoybags.com at the time of the order.
The customer declares that he is a natural person, aged at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity or is holder of parental authorization allowing him to place an order on the website. When registering the customer's personal data in the "my account" section, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data he provides. In case of error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the Company AND JOY cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. The Company AND JOY reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is domiciled in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. The Company AND JOY takes great care in the presentation and description of these products to best satisfy the customer's information. However, it is possible that non-material errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any case, in the event of non-conformity of the product delivered in relation to its description on the Site, the customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal, or implement the conformity guarantee of the Company AND JOY which will proceed, if necessary, either to the exchange or reimbursement of the price (in whole or in part) possibly charged.
Placing an order on the website is subject to compliance with the procedure put in place by the Company AND JOY materialized by a succession of different stages that the customer must follow to validate his order. The customer will have the possibility, before finally validating his order, to verify the details of it and its total price, and to correct any possible errors, before confirming it to express his acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.
The Company AND JOY will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to payment of a previous order or which would violate the provisions herein.
In this case, the Company AND JOY will inform the Customer by electronic mail. If the customer fails to correct with the Company AND JOY the elements that are erroneous or contrary to these general terms and conditions of sale, the Company AND JOY reserves the right not to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, availability of products, quantity, etc.) will be sent to the customer by the Company AND JOY. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for the confirmation by the Company AND JOY of the contents of his order. In any case, invoices are provided at the time of delivery.
1. Price Determination
Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included for metropolitan France and the European Union, excluding shipping costs.
The total price of the order (all taxes and shipping costs included) is indicated in the basket.
For overseas departments, Switzerland and all other countries outside the European Union, the displayed selling prices are deemed to be excluding taxes and therefore cannot be subject to VAT deduction. The customer acknowledges that he is considered the official importer and that he may, depending on the country or overseas department chosen for delivery at the time of the order, have to pay customs duties and/or import duties in accordance with the legislation in force in said country or overseas department.
The Company AND JOY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but products will be invoiced on the basis of rates in force at the time of order registration, subject to availability.
2. Payment Method
Products are payable in full on the day of the actual order or in 3 installments free of charge.

The customer accesses a dedicated space made available by a banking establishment (Payplug), which ensures the security and recording of the payment order.
Payment in 3 or 4 installments with Payplug / Klarna
Payment in several installments/deferred is available via our partners Payplug and Klarna.
Amount of purchases
Payment in 3 or 4X: Only purchases between 150 € and 1200 € are eligible for payment with Klarna.
Fees
By paying in several installments with Klarna, the Customer does not pay any fees.

Payment in 3 or 4 installments by credit card allows you to settle the order placed on our merchant site as follows:
A mandatory contribution, debited on the day of confirmation of shipment of your order; two or three monthly installments, each corresponding to a third or a quarter of the order, deducted at 30 and 60 days after for the 3 times and at 30, 60 and 90 days after for the 4 times, which include fees corresponding to 0% of the total amount of the order for a 3 times and 0% for a 4 times.
For payment in 3 installments free of charge: the cost of financing is 0% of the total amount of the order.
Example for a purchase of 150€, deposit of 50€, then 2 monthly installments of 50€, Credit for a period of 2 months at a fixed TAEG of 0%.

For payment in 4 installments free of charge: the cost of financing is 0% of the total amount of the order.

4. The data recorded and retained by the Company AND JOY constitutes proof of the order and all transactions carried out. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer's residential address or any other natural person of his choice.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have communicated exact and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, intercom names and/or numbers, etc.).
The indicated deadlines are indicative deadlines, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times.
AND JOY Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery that is not its responsibility.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer undertakes to notify the carrier and AND JOY Company by any means, with all reservations within 3 days following receipt of the product.
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which they can exercise without reason, within fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of the order, which will be exercised by return at their expense for accessories, new products (never used, in their original packaging) or free of charge for a bag (see our free return policy) after obtaining a return authorization number from AND JOY Company.
AND JOY Company will refund the customer any sums already paid, minus any shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in Article 7 below.
Refunds of products in the cases referred to in Articles II and VI will be made by AND JOY Company within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of said products. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the customer at the time of their order or by the issuance of a voucher.
Any order automatically implies the customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In case of dispute, only French courts will be competent. In case of difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
The information collected by AND JOY Company when a customer places an order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of AND JOY Company involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization responsible for analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has the right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of data concerning them.
