This is not contractual, but typically, Colissimo delivers in 2 to 3 days and Mondial Relay delivers in 3 to 4 days, for informational purposes. These times may be extended under certain circumstances.
Please note, the delivery time does not include the preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on the order volume (excluding weekends and holidays). Rest assured, our goal is always to ship your order as quickly as possible.

If you didn't pick up your package at the chosen relay point for X reason (incorrect contact details, forgotten, etc.), the package will be automatically returned to us. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email and contact information to receive carrier alerts so you can pick up your package within the allotted time. If the package is returned to us, we will not be able to resend it to you for free: you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Deliveries are the responsibility of the selected carrier. We no longer have control over packages once they are shipped. If you encounter a delivery problem, you will need to file a claim with the relevant carrier.
Please note that if the tracking indicates your order is delivered, we will consider the package delivered and no refund requests can be accepted. If your package is lost or was not delivered to the correct address, please contact the relevant carrier.

For the purchase of a complete bag, And Joy offers free returns for your bag or one of your accessories. However, if you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover the return shipping costs, which are your responsibility, unless you purchased a complete bag.

You have 14 days to change your mind and request a return. We will only accept returns of new products with no signs of use and in their original packaging.
Please contact us via the contact form to initiate your return request. We will send you a shipping label to affix to the box. You will then need to drop off your package with our carrier.
