Orders

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 2 days after payment is received (indicative, non-contractual timeframe). You can track your order's progress using the tracking number sent to you by email (don't forget to check your spam folder).

We recommend creating a customer account to track your order history. To create one, simply click on the "My Account" icon at the top right of your screen, then enter your email address and a password.

You can make a payment in 3 or 4 installments with Klarna or PayPal for purchases of €150 or more. Simply choose this option in your order's payment methods. The site will then provide you with the details of each monthly payment amount.
Payment in 3 or 4 installments is free of charge.
Payment is made via your credit card, Visa, Mastercard.
You will need to create an account or complete an application with Klarna, our partner.

Our gift card is 100% digital. Choose the amount of your e-gift card and receive an email containing the promo code to use at the time of purchase to redeem the gifted amount. This promo code is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The gift voucher can be split across multiple purchases. A gift card cannot be purchased with a promotional code and is non-refundable.

Referral Program

Word-of-mouth helps And Joy grow, and I really wanted to thank those who take the time to introduce the brand to others. Thanks to our referral program, give your friends a 10% discount and receive cumulative 5-euro vouchers for your next orders. All you have to do is give them your referral code(My Account > Referral Program), which they'll need to enter like a promo code during their first order. If their order reaches at least €135 (order not canceled, not returned), you'll receive a €5 voucher. Vouchers are visible in the "Earned Coupons" section of your account and can be combined. The more you refer, the more you earn! As soon as your referred friend's order is confirmed, you'll receive a notification, and the coupon will be automatically added to your account.

Coupons do not have an expiration date. You can accumulate them over time and save them for a larger purchase.

Your code is available in the "My Account" > "Referral Program"section. Simply copy it and send it to your friends and family.

Referrals only work with new customers who have never placed an order on the site before. It is forbidden to refer yourself using another email address; in such cases, the benefits will be canceled. Similarly, the program is for personal use only: codes should not be publicly shared on social media, forums, or promotional platforms.

In case of a return, used coupons will be automatically re-credited to your account once the package is received.

Did you place your previous orders as a "guest" and don't know how to get your referral code? Just create an account, then contact us so we can link your old orders to this new account. You'll then be able to access your code in the section. "My Account" > "Referral Program".

Care

Your handbag is durable, waterproof, and flexible. Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of your bag. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material's quality. There's no need to use a waterproofing spray.

When you're not using your bag, store it in a cool, dry place. Use its original dust bag to prevent contact with other objects that could potentially scratch it.

To clean the flaps, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of the flap. Avoid stacking them on top of each other to prevent the metal clasp from leaving marks on the flaps underneath.

You can iron them to reduce some marks that may appear with use. Simply place a clean cloth over the flap, then gently iron over it at a low temperature. The heat and steam will help relax the material and reduce light marks.

Yes, it's very water-resistant, but avoid prolonged and intense exposure.

If you notice a clear defect in your product, please contact us only via the contact form, under the "After-Sales Service" section. We kindly ask you not to use social media for this type of request, to ensure optimal follow-up. Remember to attach photos or a video highlighting the observed defect. These elements will allow us to accurately analyze your request and determine if it's a manufacturing defect or wear and tear from use. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer you a suitable solution: exchange or refund, depending on the nature of the problem found. However, if no defect is identified, you are still free to return the product if you are not satisfied, but the return shipping costs will then be your responsibility.

Please follow the clip attachment procedure carefully: firmly screw in both screws until they are fully tightened. The screws should stop naturally, without spinning freely. Once correctly attached, it's impossible for the clip to come loose on its own. Warning: in case of mishandling leading to the loss of a screw or the clip, we unfortunately cannot intervene or offer a free replacement. However, packs of 2 screws, 3 rings, and individual screwdrivers are available for purchase in the "Spare Parts" section of our website, if you wish to order them.

The lifespan depends on the frequency of use and the care given to your bag. Our bags are designed to last and are made of quality materials that, with proper care, will offer a very good lifespan.

Shipping and Returns

This is not contractual, but typically, Colissimo delivers in 2 to 3 days and Mondial Relay delivers in 3 to 4 days, for informational purposes. These times may be extended under certain circumstances.

Please note, the delivery time does not include the preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on the order volume (excluding weekends and holidays). Rest assured, our goal is always to ship your order as quickly as possible.

You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email (remember to check your spam folder).

If you didn't pick up your package at the chosen relay point for X reason (incorrect contact details, forgotten, etc.), the package will be automatically returned to us. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email and contact information to receive carrier alerts so you can pick up your package within the allotted time. If the package is returned to us, we will not be able to resend it to you for free: you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us to let us know.

Deliveries are the responsibility of the selected carrier. We no longer have control over packages once they are shipped. If you encounter a delivery problem, you will need to file a claim with the relevant carrier.

Please note that if the tracking indicates your order is delivered, we will consider the package delivered and no refund requests can be accepted. If your package is lost or was not delivered to the correct address, please contact the relevant carrier.

If you are unable to resolve the situation with the carrier, contact us as a last resort.

For the purchase of a complete bag, And Joy offers free returns for your bag or one of your accessories. However, if you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover the return shipping costs, which are your responsibility, unless you purchased a complete bag.

You have 14 days to change your mind and request a return. We will only accept returns of new products with no signs of use and in their original packaging.

Please contact us via the contact form to initiate your return request. We will send you a shipping label to affix to the box. You will then need to drop off your package with our carrier.
