After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Please note that if the carrier indicates your order has been delivered and you unfortunately haven't received it, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. And Joy cannot be held responsible for issues falling under the carrier's responsibility, whose role is to deliver your package to its destination. If tracking indicates the package has been delivered to its recipient, we will consider the package as delivered.
We will always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, to the extent possible given that we are a very small team.
It can also happen that sometimes, delivery services take a little longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
This is not contractual, but typically, Colissimo delivers in 2 to 3 days. Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop deliver in 4 to 5 days, as an indication, but these times may be extended under certain circumstances.

Please note, the delivery time does not include the preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on the order volume (excluding weekends and public holidays). Rest assured, our goal is always to ship your order as quickly as possible.
For the purchase of a complete bag, And Joy offers free returns.
If a bag isn't right for you or you've changed your mind, you have 14 days to return your bag to us. We will only accept returns of new products with no signs of use and in their original packaging. (For bag orders placed between November 22nd and December 22nd, we extend the return period until January 7th of the following year, for exchange only).
Bags purchased on sale or clearance can be returned, but the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Returns are only possible for an exchange, not for a refund in this specific case. The exchange will be made based on available products.
Please contact us to make your return request. We will send you a shipping label to affix to the box. You will then need to drop off your box with our carrier.
Please note the label number so you can track the progress of your return.
If you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover the return shipping costs, which will be at your expense, unless you have purchased a complete bag.

Once the bag has arrived and we have checked its condition, we will process your refund using the same payment method you used for your order.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the product.
For bags purchased between November 22nd and December 22nd, we will not process a refund but only an exchange.
