Orders

Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 days after payment is received (estimated timeframe, not contractual). You can track your order progress using the tracking number sent to you by email (don't forget to check your spam folder).

We recommend creating a customer account to track your order history. To set it up, simply click on the "My Account" icon in the top right corner of your screen, then enter your email address and a password.How can I pay in installments?You can pay in 3 or 4 installments with Klarna or PayPal for purchases of €150 or more. Simply select this option in your order's payment methods. The site will then show you the breakdown of each monthly payment.

Our gift card is 100% digital. Choose your e-gift card amount and receive an email with a promo code to use at checkout to benefit from your gift. This promo code is valid for one year from the purchase date. The gift card can be split across multiple purchases. A gift card cannot be purchased with a promotional code and is non-refundable.I'm having trouble paying.

Referral Program

Word of mouth is what makes And Joy grow, and I wanted to thank everyone who takes the time to share the brand with others. With our referral program, give your friends 10% off and earn €5 vouchers (stackable!) for your next orders. All you need to do is share your referral code with them (My Account > Referral Program), which they'll enter as a promo code on their first purchase. If their order reaches at least €135 (order not cancelled or returned), you'll receive a €5 voucher. Vouchers are visible in the "Earned Coupons" section of your account and can be stacked together. The more friends you refer, the more you earn! As soon as your friend completes their purchase, you'll get a notification and the voucher will be automatically added to your account.

Coupons never expire. You can stack them up over time and use them whenever you're ready for a bigger purchase.

Your code is available in "My Account" > "Referral Program". Just copy it and send it to your friends.

The referral program only works with friends who are new customers and have never placed an order on our site. You can't refer yourself using a different email address—if you do, the benefits will be cancelled. The program is also for personal use only: referral codes shouldn't be shared publicly on social media, forums, or promotion sites.

If you return an order, any coupons you used will automatically be credited back to your account once we receive your package.

You made your previous purchases as a guest and aren't sure how to get your referral code? No problem! Just create an account, then contact us so we can link your past orders to it. Then you'll be able to find your code in "My Account" > "Referral Program".

Care & Maintenance

Your And Joy handbag is durable, water-resistant, and flexible. Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of your bag. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material. You don't need to use a waterproofing treatment.

When you're not using your bag, store it in a cool, dry place. Use its original dust bag to prevent any contact with other objects that might scratch it.

To clean the flaps, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of the flap. Avoid storing them stacked on top of each other to prevent the metal clasp from leaving marks on the flaps beneath.

You can iron them to reduce certain marks that may appear with use. Simply place a clean cloth over the flap, then gently iron over it on a low heat setting. The heat and steam will help relax the material and minimize light marks.

Yes, it's very water-resistant, but avoid prolonged or intense exposure to water.

If you notice a clear defect on your product, please contact us only through the contact form under "Customer Service". We ask that you not use social media for this type of request to ensure optimal follow-up. Be sure to include photos or a video highlighting the observed defect. These will help us analyze your request accurately and determine whether it's a manufacturing defect or wear from normal use. If a defect is confirmed, we'll offer you an appropriate solution: exchange or refund, depending on the nature of the problem. However, if no defect is found, you're welcome to return the product if you're unsatisfied, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Please carefully follow the clip installation procedure: firmly tighten both screws until they're completely secure. The screws should stop naturally without spinning freely. Once properly installed, it's impossible for the clip to detach on its own. Attention: in case of mishandling resulting in the loss of a screw or clip, unfortunately we won't be able to assist or offer a free replacement. However, packs of 2 screws, 3 rings, and individual screwdrivers are available for purchase in the "Spare Parts" section of our website, if you'd like to order some.

The lifespan depends on how frequently you use it and the care you give your bag. Our bags are designed to last and are made from quality materials that, with proper care, will provide an excellent lifespan.

Shipping and returns

This is not binding, but typically, Colissimo delivers in 2 to 3 days and Mondial Relay delivers in 3 to 4 days, for reference. These timeframes may be extended under certain circumstances.

Please note that the delivery time doesn't include preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on order volume (excluding weekends and public holidays). Rest assured that our goal is always to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email (don't forget to check your spam folder).

If you didn't pick up your package from the chosen pickup point for whatever reason (wrong contact details, forgotten...), the package will automatically be sent back to us. It's your responsibility to provide the correct email and contact information to receive the carrier's alerts so you can pick up your package within the timeframe. If the package is returned to us, we won't be able to resend it for free: you'll need to cover the return shipping costs.

Deliveries are the responsibility of the selected carrier. We have no control over packages once they're shipped. If you encounter a delivery problem, you'll need to file a claim with the relevant carrier.

Please note that if tracking indicates your order has been delivered, we'll consider the package as delivered and no refund request will be accepted. If your package is lost or wasn't delivered to the correct address, please contact the relevant carrier.

If you're unable to resolve the situation with the carrier, reach out to us as a last resort.

When you purchase a complete bag,And JoyAnd Joy offers free returns for your bag or any of your accessories. However, if you want to return one or more accessories,And JoyAnd Joy doesn't cover return shipping costs, which are your responsibility, unless you've purchased a complete bag.

You have 14 days to change your mind and request a return. We only accept returns of unused products in pristine condition and in their original packaging.

Please contact us through our contact form to start your return request. We'll send you a shipping label to attach to your package. You can then hand it over to our carrier.
