Orders

Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 days after payment is received (non-binding indicative timeframe). You can track your order using the tracking number sent to you by email (remember to check your spam folder).

We recommend creating a customer account to track your order history. To create one, simply click on the " My account " in the top right of your screen, then enter your email address and password.

You can make a payment in 3 or 4 installments with Klarna or PayPal starting from 150 euros of purchase. Simply choose this option in the payment methods of your order. The site will then give you the details of each installment amount.
Payment in 3 or 4 installments is interest-free.
Payment is made via your credit card, Visa, or Mastercard.
You will need to create an account or fill out an application with Klarna, our partner.

Our gift card is 100% digital. Choose the amount of your e-gift card and receive an email containing the promo code to use at the time of purchase to benefit from the offered amount. This promo code has a one-year usage period from the date of purchase. The gift card can be split across multiple purchases. A gift card cannot be purchased with a promotional code and is non-refundable.

Referral Program

Word of mouth helps And Joy grow, and I wanted to thank those who take the time to introduce the brand to others. Through our referral program, offer your friends a 10% discount and receive cumulative 5-euro vouchers for your next orders. Simply share your referral code with them. (My Account > Referral Program), which they must enter as a promo code on their first order. If their order reaches at least 135€ (order not canceled, not returned), you will receive a 5€ gift voucher. Vouchers are visible in the section "Coupons Earned" of your account and can be cumulated together. The more you refer, the more you earn! As soon as your referral completes her order, you will receive a notification and the coupon will be automatically added to your account.

Coupons have no expiration date. You can therefore accumulate them as you go, waiting to use them for a larger purchase.

Your code is available in the "My Account" > "Referral Program". All you need to do is copy it and send it to your loved ones.

The referral program only works with female referrals who are new customers who have never placed an order on the websiteIt is forbidden to refer yourself using another email address, in which case the benefits will be canceled. Similarly, the program is reserved for personal use: codes must not be distributed publicly on social media, forums, or promotional platforms.

In case of return, any coupons used will be automatically credited back to your account once the package is received.

You placed your previous orders as a "guest" and don't know how to get your referral code? All you need to do is create an account, then contact us so we can link your old orders to this new account. You can then access your code in the section "My Account" > "Referral Program".

Care

Your handbag is durable, water-resistant, and flexible. Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of your bag. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the material quality. There is no need to use a waterproofing treatment.

When you're not carrying your bag, store it in a cool, dry place. Use its original storage pouch to prevent any contact with other objects that could potentially scratch it.

To clean the flaps, use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of the flap. Avoid storing them by stacking them on top of each other to prevent the metal clasp from leaving marks on the flaps below.

It is possible to iron them to diminish certain marks that may appear with use. Simply place a clean cloth on the flap, then gently iron over it at a low temperature. Heat and steam will help relax the material and reduce light marks.

Yes, it is very water-resistant, but avoid prolonged and intense exposure.

If you notice a clear defect on your product, please contact us only through the contact form, "After-sales service" section. We ask that you do not use social media for this type of request, to ensure optimal follow-up. Remember to include photos or a video highlighting the observed defect. These elements will allow us to analyze your request with precision and determine whether it is a manufacturing defect or wear related to use. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer you an appropriate solution: exchange or refund, depending on the nature of the problem found. On the other hand, if no defect is identified, you remain free to return the product to us if you are not satisfied, but return shipping costs will then be at your expense.

Please carefully follow the clip installation procedure: firmly screw in both screws until they are completely tightened. The screws should stop naturally, without spinning freely. Once properly installed, it is impossible for the clip to detach on its own. Attention: in case of mishandling that resulted in the loss of a screw or clip, we unfortunately cannot intervene or offer a free replacement. However, packs of 2 screws, 3 rings, and screwdrivers sold individually are available for purchase in the section "Replacement parts" from our website, if you wish to order one.

Lifespan depends on frequency of use and the care taken of your bag. Our bags are designed to last and are made of quality materials which, with proper maintenance, will provide an excellent lifespan.

Shipping and returns

This is not contractual, but usually, Colissimo delivers in 2 to 3 days and Mondial Relay delivers in 3 to 4 days, as a guide. These timeframes may be extended in certain circumstances.

Please note that the delivery time does not include the preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on order volume (excluding weekends and public holidays). Be assured that our goal is always to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email (remember to check your spam folder).

If you have not picked up your package at the chosen pickup point for any reason (incorrect details, forgetfulness, etc.), the package will automatically be returned to us. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email and contact information to receive alerts from the carrier so you can pick up your package within the allotted time. If the package is returned to us, we will not be able to send it back to you for free: you will have to cover the return shipping costs.

Deliveries are the responsibility of the selected carrier. We have no control over packages once they are shipped. If you encounter a delivery problem, you will need to file a claim with the relevant carrier.

Please note that if tracking indicates your order is delivered, we will consider the package as delivered and no refund request can be accepted. If your package is lost or was not delivered to the correct address, please contact the relevant carrier.

If you're unable to resolve the situation with the carrier, contact us as a last resort.

With the purchase of a complete bag, And Joy offers free returns for your bag or any of your accessories. However, if you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover return shipping costs, which are your responsibility, unless you purchased a complete bag.

You have 14 days to change your mind and request a return. We will only accept returns of brand new products with no signs of use and in their original packaging.

Please contact us via the contact form to initiate your return request. We will send you a shipping label to attach to the box. You will then need to hand over your package to our carrier.
