After your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the total weight of your package. We recommend combining all your items in a single order. We cannot merge two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each one.

Please note that if the carrier indicates your order has been delivered and unfortunately you haven't received it, you'll need to file a claim with the carrier. And Joy cannot be held responsible for issues that fall under the carrier's responsibility, whose role is to deliver your package to its destination. If tracking shows the package has been delivered to the recipient, we will consider it delivered.
We'll always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, given that we're a small team.
Sometimes, delivery services may take a bit longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
This isn't contractual, but typically Colissimo delivers within 2 to 3 days. Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop deliver within 4 to 5 days as a general guide, though these timeframes may be extended in certain circumstances.
You can track your order in your emails (check your spam folder too).
Keep in mind that delivery time doesn't include preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on order volume (excluding weekends and public holidays). Rest assured, we always aim to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.
When you purchase a complete bag, And Joy offers you free returns.
If a bag isn't quite right for you or you've changed your mind, you have 14 days to return it. We only accept returns of unused products in perfect condition and in their original packaging. (For bag orders placed between November 22 and December 22, we extend the return period until January 7 of the following year, for exchanges only).
Bags purchased on sale or clearance can be returned, but return shipping costs are your responsibility. In this case, returns are only possible for exchanges, not refunds. The exchange will be based on available inventory.
Please contact us to arrange your return. We'll send you a shipping label to attach to your package. You can then hand it over to our carrier.
Please note the label number so you can track your return shipment.
If you'd like to return one or more accessories, And Joy doesn't cover return shipping costs—you'll be responsible for them—unless you purchased a complete bag.

We only accept returns of unused products in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
Once your bag arrives and we've verified its condition, we'll process your refund to the original payment method you used.
Your refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days after we receive the product.
For bags purchased between November 22 and December 22, we don't offer refunds—only exchanges.
