After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders and shipping costs apply to each of them.

Special care is taken with our products, however we decline all responsibility for the handling of the package by the carrier.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Please note that if the carrier indicates that your order has been delivered and unfortunately you have not received it, you will need to make a claim with the carrier. And Joy cannot be held responsible for problems that are the carrier's responsibility, whose role is to deliver your package to its destination. If the tracking indicates that the package is delivered to its recipient, we will consider the package as delivered.
We will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, as much as possible given that we are a very small team.
It may also sometimes happen that delivery services take a little longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
This is not contractual but usually, Colissimo delivers in 2 to 3 days. Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop deliver in 4 to 5 days, as an indication but these timeframes may be extended under certain circumstances.

Please note that the delivery time does not include the preparation time which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on the order volume (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that our goal is always to get your order out as quickly as possible.
With the purchase of a complete bag, And Joy offers you free returns.
If a bag doesn't suit you or you've changed your mind, you have 14 days to return your bag to us. We will only accept returns of new products with no signs of use and in their original packaging. (For bag orders placed between November 22 and December 22, we extend the return period until January 7 of the following year, for exchange only).
Bags purchased on sale or clearance can be returned, but return shipping costs are your responsibility. The return is only possible for an exchange, and not for a refund in this specific case. The exchange will be made based on available products.
Please contact us to make your return request. We will send you a shipping label to attach to the box. You will then need to hand over your box to our carrier.
Please note the label number so you can track the progress of your return.
If you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover the return shipping costs which will be your responsibility, unless you have purchased a complete bag.

When the bag arrives and we have verified its condition, we will process your refund to the payment method you used when placing your order.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the product.
For bags purchased between November 22 and December 22, we will not process a refund but only an exchange.
