They are shipped via the carrier of your choice at the time of your order.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each one.

Please note that if the carrier indicates that your order has been delivered and unfortunately you have not received it, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. And Joy cannot be held responsible for issues falling under the carrier's responsibility, whose role is to deliver your package to its destination. If tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to its recipient, we will consider the package as delivered.
We will always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible, insofar as possible given that we are a very small team.
It can also happen that sometimes delivery services take a little longer than expected, which is beyond our control.
This is not contractual but usually, Colissimo delivers in 2 to 3 days. Mondial Relay and Shop2Shop deliver in 4 to 5 days, as a guide, but these timeframes may be extended in certain circumstances.

Please note that the delivery time does not include preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on order volume (excluding weekends and public holidays). Be assured that our goal is always to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
For the purchase of a complete bag, And Joy offers free returns.
If a bag doesn't suit you or you've changed your mind, you have 14 days to return it to us. We will only accept returns of new products with no signs of use and in their original packaging. (For bag orders placed between November 22 and December 22, we extend the return period until January 7 of the following year, for exchange only).
Bags purchased on sale or clearance can be returned, but return shipping is at your expense. The return is only possible for an exchange, and not for a refund in this specific case. The exchange will be carried out depending on available products.
Please contact us to make your return request. We will send you a shipping label to attach to the box. You will then need to hand over your box to our carrier.
Please note the label number so you can track the progress of your return.
If you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover return shipping costs which will be at your expense, unless you purchased a complete bag.
Please contact us before returning your purchase.
We will only accept returns of brand new products with no signs of use and in their original packaging.
Once the bag arrives and we have verified its condition, we will proceed with your refund to the payment method you used when placing your order.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the product.
For bags purchased between November 22 and December 22, we will not process a refund but only an exchange.
