My name is Florine and I've always had a passion for fashion. In my youth, I even aspired to become a stylist. A few years ago, my ecological awareness led me to adopt a more ethical approach to my consumption.
And so And Joy was born, a brand of cheerful, customizable leather goods. More than just bags, it's an invitation to consume differently.
I'm convinced that it's possible to reconcile eco-responsibility and fashion, to continue having fun and changing styles while adopting a joyful approach to fashion, without abandoning our ecological convictions.
How did this idea come about?
Tired of accumulating dozens of handbags in my closets, I had a real awakening the day I realized that at 25, I had already accumulated dozens of handbags, some of which never saw the light of day. This led me to rethink my way of consuming, to take an interest in slow fashion and to adopt a more ethical approach to my consumption.
That's when the idea of a customizable bag, designed to be the only one necessary, was born. I thought long and hard about how to make this project a reality. It all began to take shape the day I met my partner, who is a product designer by training. His expertise was the missing piece that brought the project to life.
