The customer declares that he/she is a natural person of at least 18 years of age and has the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the site. When registering the customer's personal data in the "my account" section, the customer must ensure that the mandatory data provided is accurate and complete. In the event of an error in the recipient's details, AND JOY cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. AND JOY reserves the right to cancel any order if the customer's IP address is located in a country other than the billing and/or delivery address.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. AND JOY takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products in order to provide the customer with the best possible information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, in the event of non-conformity of the product delivered in relation to its description on the Site, the customer may either exercise his right of withdrawal, or invoke the guarantee of conformity of AND JOY, which will proceed, where appropriate, with either an exchange or reimbursement of the price (in whole or in part) that may have been invoiced.
Orders placed on the site are subject to compliance with the procedure established by AND JOY, which consists of a series of steps that the customer must follow to validate the order. The customer will have the opportunity, before definitively confirming his/her order, to check the details of the order and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming the order to express his/her acceptance. Any order confirmed by the customer constitutes a contract of sale and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.
AND JOY will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who contravenes the provisions hereof.
In this case, Société AND JOY will inform the Customer by e-mail. Should the customer fail to correct any erroneous elements or elements contrary to the present general terms and conditions of sale, Société AND JOY reserves the right not to process the order.
A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity...) will be sent to the customer by AND JOY. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by Société AND JOY of the contents of the order. In all cases, invoices are issued upon delivery.
1. Determining the price
Product prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes for metropolitan France and the European Union, excluding shipping costs.
The total price of the order (including all taxes and shipping costs) is indicated in the basket.
For French overseas departments, Switzerland and all other countries outside the European Union, the sales prices shown are deemed to be exclusive of VAT and may not therefore be subject to VAT deduction. The customer acknowledges that he/she is considered the official importer and that, depending on the country or overseas department chosen for delivery at the time of ordering, he/she may be required to pay customs and/or import duties in accordance with the legislation in force in the said country or overseas department.
AND JOY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.

How it works:
Payment by credit card in 3 or 4 instalments enables you to pay for your order on our website as follows:
A mandatory deposit, debited on the day of confirmation of shipment of your order; two or three monthly instalments, each corresponding to a third or a quarter of the order, debited 30 and 60 days later for 3 instalments and 30, 60 and 90 days later for 4 instalments, which include a fee corresponding to 0% of the total amount of the order for 3 instalments and 0% for 4 instalments.

4. The data recorded and kept by AND JOY constitutes proof of the order and of all transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer's home address or that of any other natural person of the customer's choice.
Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes.
In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
The times indicated are indicative and correspond to average processing and delivery times.
AND JOY shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from delays in delivery that are not of its own making.
In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer undertakes to notify the carrier and AND JOY by any means, of any reservations within 3 days of receipt of the product.
The individual customer has a right of withdrawal, which can be exercised without reason, within a period of fourteen (14) clear days from delivery of the order, which will be exercised by returning, at the customer's expense for accessories, new products (never used, in their original packaging) or free of charge for a bag (see our free return policy) after obtaining a return agreement number from AND JOY.
AND JOY will reimburse the customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs, under the conditions set forth in the following article 7.
Refunds of products in the cases referred to in Articles II and VI will be made by AND JOY within a maximum of 30 days of receipt by AND JOY of said products. Refunds will be made by the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of ordering or by the issue of a purchase voucher.
All orders automatically imply the customer's acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. In the event of difficulty or complaint concerning an order, the customer may contact Customer Service to find an amicable solution.
The information collected by AND JOY when the customer places an order is necessary for the management of the transaction and to this end may be communicated in whole or in part to AND JOY's service providers involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that the same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete data concerning them.
