Controls

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 days of receipt of payment (non-contractual lead time). You can track the progress of your order using the tracking number sent to you by e-mail (don't forget to check your spam folder).

We recommend that you create a customer account to track your order history. To create one, simply click on the "My account" icon at the top right of your screen, then enter your e-mail address and a password.

You can pay in 3 or 4 instalments with Klarna or Paypal for orders over €150. Simply select this option in the payment methods section of your order. The site will then give you details of the amount of each monthly instalment.
Payment in 3 or 4x is free of charge.
Payment is made by credit card, Visa or Mastercard.
You'll need to create an account, or complete an application with our partner Klarna.

Our gift card is 100% dematerialized. Choose the amount of your e-gift card and receive an e-mail containing the promo code to be used at the time of purchase to benefit from the amount offered. The coupon code is valid for an unlimited period. The gift voucher can be spread over several purchases. A gift card cannot be purchased with a promotional code and is non-refundable.

If the payment doesn't go through, here are a few tips: 

- Delete cookies.
- Try changing your browser.
- As a last resort, we advise you to use a different device to place your order.

Delivery and returns

This is not contractual, but usually, Colissimo delivers in 2 to 3 days and Shop2Shop delivers in 3 to 4 days, as an indication. These times may be extended in certain circumstances.

Please note that the delivery time does not include the preparation time, which can vary from 1 to 2 days depending on the volume of the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our aim is always to get your order out as quickly as possible.

You can track your order using the tracking number you received by e-mail (remember to check your spam folder).

If you have not collected your parcel from the chosen relay point for X reason (error in contact details, forgetfulness...), the parcel will automatically be returned to us. It is your responsibility to provide the correct e-mail and contact information to receive the carrier's alerts so that you can collect your parcel within the allotted time. If the parcel is returned to us, we will not be able to send it back to you free of charge: you will have to cover the cost of returning it.

If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us to let us know.

Deliveries are the responsibility of the selected carrier. We have no control over packages once they have been dispatched. If you have a problem with delivery, you must make a complaint to the carrier concerned.

Please note that if the tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we will consider the package as delivered and no refund request will be accepted. If your package is lost or has not been delivered to the correct address, please contact the carrier concerned.

If you are unable to resolve the situation with the carrier, contact us as a last resort.

For the purchase of a complete bag, And Joy offers a free return for your bag or one of your accessories. On the other hand, if you wish to return one or more accessories, And Joy does not cover the return shipping costs, which are your responsibility, unless you have purchased a complete bag.

You have 14 days to change your mind and request a return. We will only accept returns of new products without any trace of use and in their original packaging.

Please contact us to initiate your return request. We will send you a shipping label to affix to the box. You will then have to hand over your parcel to our carrier.

Maintenance

Your handbag is resistant, waterproof and flexible. Use a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of your bag. Avoid aggressive chemicals that could alter the quality of the material.

When you're not wearing your bag, keep it in a cool, dry place. Use its original storage bag to avoid contact with other objects that could potentially scratch it.

Yes, it's very water-resistant, but avoid prolonged, intense exposure. For extra protection, you can use a waterproofing agent.

How long it lasts depends on how often you use it and how well you care for it. Our bags are designed to last over time, and are made from quality materials which, with proper care, will last a very long time.
